as posted by the channel

In a speech, Jeremy Corbyn has called for a general election to break the "deadlock" caused by Brexit.

The Labour leader says that there "must be a general election at the earliest opportunity" if Theresa May's deal is defeated in the 'meaningful vote' on Tuesday 15th January.

Mr Corbyn has made his frustrations very clear about the deal being offered by the Prime Minister and believes that a defeat over her Brexit deal vote is 'inevitable'.
