The company has been under pressure after the death of teenager Molly Russell who took her own life six days before her 15th birthday in 2017 after viewing self-harm and suicide material on Instagram.
Sky News discovered numerous accounts promoting anorexia, including weight loss goals, images of painfully thin women and messages encouraging extreme weight loss.
