This discussion comes after three black players on the England football team were racially abused during a European qualifier against Montenegro.
The players, which included Danny Rose and Raheem Sterling, made claims of racist chanting against them, which was also confirmed by their manager, Gareth Southgate.
UEFA has begun disciplinary action against Montenegro.
