The Disabled Children’s Partnership coalition includes more than 60 organisations.
It campaigns for improved health and social care for disabled children, young people and their families claim the government should pay back £434 million, which they believe is owed to them in social care, and support costs.
One mother has released an open letter to the Treasury of the struggle she faces due to council budgets.
A Government spokesperson said: "Parents and children with disabilities deserve the best support we can provide and the government has made £410 million available to local authorities this year specifically for adult and children social care, with £46.4 billion available this year for local services, including children’s services."
