as posted by the channel

Legal commentator Joshua Rozenberg has told Sky News that newspaper articles attributed to 'friends of Meghan Markle', which she denies making, may have lowered the privacy claim for the Duchess of Sussex in her legal case.

It comes as multiple elements of the case were struck out by a High Court judge in the preliminary hearing.

The case is focused on the newspaper's publication of a letter the Duchess of Sussex wrote to her estranged father, Thomas Markle.
