as posted by the channelHealth Secretary Matt Hancock confirmed that the UK reached a goal of 100,000 coronavirus daily tests per day after carrying out 122,347 coronavirus tests on the last day of April.
This figure includes home testing kits which are counted when they are sent out - so it does not mean the test was actually completed or returned to a lab.
