The president of Lithuania has told Sky News his embattled counterpart Alexander Lukashenko is no longer the legitimate leader of Belarus, and the country is danger of becoming a Russian satellite state.

Gitanas Nauseda - who has offered to act as a mediator along with the presidents of Latvia, Estonia and Poland - told Sky News there cannot be normal relations with their neighbour.
