2:28Now PlayingOfficials in Kentucky have agreed to pay $12m (£9m) to the family of Breonna Taylor, a black woman who was killed in her home by police.
In March, Louisville officers broke into Ms Taylor's apartment, where she was asleep in bed, and shot her eight times. The officers involved have not been charged with any offence.
Her killing sparked months of protests in the city.
Now her family say they'll accept a deal brokered by the city's mayor, which will also see changes to the execution of search warrants, the hiring of social workers, and a commitment to increase drug and alcohol testing of officers involved in any shooting.
