6:08Now PlayingOver a-thousand members of the TV and film industry have signed an open letter calling for a culture change, following the allegations against Noel Clarke.
The letter calls for action against a culture that "turns a blind eye to predators and harrassers".
Clarke has strongly denied allegations of sexual misconduct or criminal behaviour, but has said he will seek professional help to educate himself.
The author of the letter, Meriel Beale, explained to Sky what inspired her to write it.
