YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe Home Secretary has announced a review of the IOPC - the Independent Office for Police Conduct - after a report into the death of private investigator Daniel Morgan accused the Metropolitan Police of "a form of institutional corruption".
Mr Morgan was killed with an axe in the car park of the Golden Lion pub in Sydenham, south-east London in 1987 and in spite of five police inquiries, no-one has been brought to justice.
