There were protests about the treatment of Palestinians, the UK's lockdown laws, austerity, racism and climate change as well as anti-mask and anti-vaccination groups.
But just as protests become a more regular event with the easing of restrictions, one issue unites all the demonstrators - their fears that new legislation may limit their very right to protest.
