Her son, Anthony Walgate, was the first victim of the 'Grindr killer' Stephen Port. She fought to have her son's case reopened when police dismissed it prematurely.
An investigation into the police's treatment of his case exposed "failures" that Ms Sak believes could have prevented other victim's deaths.
