4:13Now PlayingOne hospital visited by Sky's Alex Rossi in Severodonetsk has been attacked twenty times, and the World Health Organisation say that if hospitals are to remain open, a humanitarian ceasefire is essential.
WHO spokesperson Bhanu Bhatnagar said it was a 'dire' situation, with doctors leaving, medicines running out, and people in the community fixing broken windows and cleaning corridors to keep the hospital open.
