10:06Now PlayingShadow Justice Secretary Steve Reed has told Sky News that if the Prime Minister wants to get rid of the Northern Ireland Protocol, he must negotiate with the EU.
He told Kay Burley, quoting Boris Johnson, "there would only be a border in the Irish Sea over my dead body."
He also went on to say that President Biden has said that "if the British government does anything to damage the Good Friday Agreement, which it would by ripping up the (Northern Ireland) Protocol, then the US won't have a trade agreement with the UK either."
