15:31Now PlayingForeign Secretary Liz Truss has defended the government's plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda, saying it offered "value for money" and would "break the model of appalling people traffickers".
The first flight will leave for Rwanda today but Ms Truss would not confirm how many people will be on the plane with reports there could be as few as seven on board.
The Foreign Secretary also said she did not agree with the Church of England which has condemned it as "an immoral policy that shames Britain".
