Bullying and mental health remain a 'stigma' which should be talked about, Conservative MP Dean Russell, has told The Take With Sophy Ridge.

He is backing an anti-bullying campaign aims to help children open up about bullying.

In support of the Don't Face It Alone campaign, MPs wore blue ribbons in the House of Commons while public figures have been talking about their experiences with bullying.
