He wrote a letter to Boris Johnson saying that the Prime Minister was told about the relevant events, and that being untruthful amounted to an effective cover-up of sexual abuse.
Mr Skidmore is calling for the 1922 committee to revise the rules on leadership elections within the Conservative Party, as Mr Johnson recently won one making him immune to challenge for a year.
