Conservative leader candidate, Tom Tugendhat, says negative stories which surfaced around Nadhim Zahawi's tax affairs were "utterly disgraceful".

The chair of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee said there needed to be a "clean campaign" and "Conservatives should not speak ill of fellow Conservatives"

Mr Tugendhat said that his campaign had momentum, and he was "confident" he could win.
