as posted by the channelAny Russian strike against Ukraine over claims from Moscow its neighbour is developing a "dirty bomb" would be a "very serious escalation", warns NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg.
He made the comments aboard the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush during a NATO training exercise in the Adriatic.
