Russia's defence ministry says it has completed the withdrawal of troops and equipment from the western bank of the Dnipro River in Ukraine's Kherson region, the Russian state-owned TASS news agency is reporting.
In a daily briefing referenced by Russian news agencies, the ministry said all forces and hardware had been transferred to the eastern bank.
