Conservative MP David Davis has said the Home Office risks being overwhelmed if the government doesn't implement emergency legislation.

Speaking to Kay Burley, Mr Davis said: "People claiming they have been unwilling victims of human trafficking or modern slavery" should be returned "to their homes in the villages from which they came from".
