Labour is 'not in a position' to confirm if it will spend more on public services if it came to power, the shadow education secretary Bridget Phillipson has said.

In an interview on Sky's Sophy Ridge on Sunday programme, Ms Phillipson said her party had made "massive progress" and were the "only party" setting out a "clear vision of how Britain could be better".
