Sexual predator Jordan McSweeney, 29, stalked, sexually assaulted and killed Ms Aleena in Ilford, east London, on 26 June last year, just days after he was released from prison on licence.
He was jailed for 38 years.
But a report into the killing detailed how probation staff wrongly assessed him as "medium risk".
