6:43Now PlayingOliver Dowden, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, has told the crowd at CyberUK conference in Belfast that a third of British businesses and charities suffered a cyber breach or attack in the last 12 months, describing ransomware as a "national security threat".
Mr Dowden, who is also Secretary of State for National Investment Security, has launched a new cyber regime for the government called Gov Assure that 'will asses every departments' cyber health on a regular basis' to protect systems that run public services
