The organization called on the warring sides to protect civilian lives and allow safe passage for people fleeing the fighting: the two-week conflict has killed more than 400 people and displaced millions.
Sky News’s Yousra Elbagir sat down with the UN’s Secretary General Special Representative to Sudan, Volker Perthes told her that none of the ceasefires have been respected in total. This as another extension to a pause in fighting was agreed to by both sides.
