As Ben Meyers KC asked her how hard it is to cope with her situation, she became emotional and appeared to cry, saying it's "very difficult".
Prosecutors allege that the 33-year-old carried out a series of attacks on babies while she was working in the neo-natal unit at the Countess of Chester Hospital between June 2015 to June 2016.
She denies all the charges.
