Energy security and net zero secretary Grant Shapps has told Sky News that the mood in the Conservative Party is one of "steely determination" and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has "stabilised" the party.

Mr Shapps also criticised Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer, who he said wants to "reopen" Brexit settlement.
