2:43Now PlayingFrom next season, the legal tackle height in community rugby will be lowered from below the shoulders to the base of the sternum in a move to address concerns over injuries and concussions in the sport.
The Rugby Football Union says "a lot of injuries" have occurred as a result of high tackles - with a height reduction aiming to slash up to 4,000 head injuries every year.
