YouTube Description
as posted by the channelPresident Joe Biden has backed Israel's claim that a deadly explosion at a hospital in Gaza was the result of a failed rocket launch by Palestinian militants - as so far indicated.
That is despite counter claims from Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group inside Gaza - who say an Israeli air strike was responsible.
The US president was speaking during a high-risk diplomatic mission to Israel - a day after the blast stoked tensions and sparked protest in the region.
He said: "Based on what I've seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not you," Mr Biden said during talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
"But there's a lot of people out there who are not sure, so we have got to overcome a lot of things."
