A surgeon at Shifa Hospital, Dr Ghassan Abu Sitta, joined Sky News to discuss the convoy of 17 aid trucks which were allowed to enter Gaza from Egypt.

He said, "the number of trucks is minuscule," adding there are 14,000 people who have been injured in the last two weeks.

It was the second delivery into the territory since Israel's siege.
