He was jailed for life in April for the murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel, wounding her mother Cheryl Korbel with intent to cause GBH and two charges of firearm possession
Cashman shot the infant dead when he opened fire on gangland rival Joseph Nee as the intended target ran towards the Korbel’s home in Dovecot, Liverpool.
Cashman is expected to argue the tariff imposed by the trial judge was manifestly excessive
