David Fuller abused the dead bodies of women and girls at Kent and Sussex Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital for over 15 years before his arrest in December 2020.
Nevres Kemal, the mother of one of Fuller's victims, told Sky News it was "an absolute disgrace" that he was able to carry on for so long.
