Constance Marten, 36, was tracked down by officers in Brighton along with Mark Gordon, 49, after the couple went off grid and were reportedly living in a tent with their baby, Victoria, in February 2023.
Victoria's body was found days later in a Lidl supermarket bag covered in rubbish in a disused shed.
Marten, a wealthy aristocrat, and Gordon are on trial at the Old Bailey accused of manslaughter by gross negligence.
