26:41Now PlayingJoin Ian King as the consumer goods giant Unilever says it has plans to spin off its ice cream business.
The company, which is the world's biggest ice cream maker, owns five of the top 10 selling global ice cream brands including Wall's, Magnum and Ben & Jerry's.
Unilever said it was confident that business would grow more strongly under a different ownership structure. It said a demerger was the likeliest separation route but would consider other options.
