It comes as Dr Hilary Cass released her report stating there is "remarkably weak evidence" to support gender treatments for children.
In 2018, Dr Bell compiled a report detailing concerns some staff had raised with him about how the Gender Identity Development Service (Gids) at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust was operating.
