6:37Now PlayingA former sub-postmistress who was wrongly sent to prison while pregnant has rejected an apology from a former Post Office executive, who previously described her conviction as "brilliant news".
Speaking to Sky News, Seema Misra - who was sentenced to 15 months in jail - said former Post Office MD David Smith had "missed so many chances" to apologise over the last 14 years, and is only doing so now as he is giving evidence at an inquiry.
Mr Smith told the inquiry into the Post Office Horizon IT scandal: "I would absolutely never think that it was 'brilliant news' for a pregnant woman to go to prison and I am hugely apologetic that my email can be read as such."
