A lack of monitoring and leadership by NHS midwives was highlighted at the inquest of Finn, who died in 2021, after he was starved of oxygen during birth and suffered brain damage.
His parents Ruth and Martin Kennedy sit down with Sky News to discuss the events that led to their son’s death and their hope for government action on maternity services across the country.
