YouTube Description
as posted by the channelTens of thousands of people have marched through the streets of Georgia's capital protesting against a new law that critics say threatens press and civic freedoms.
Demonstrators lined both embankments of the Kura River and beyond, galvanised by their opposition to the 'foreign agents' bill being pushed through parliament by the ruling Georgian Dream party, which is regarded by many as pro-Russian.
The bill would mean any organisation that takes more than 20% of its funding from abroad would be branded an 'agent of foreign influence'.
Sky's Dominic Waghorn reports from Tbilisi.
