The march goes from the late President Yasser Arafat's shrine to Al-Manara Square in the city centre, where the crowds gather. At 1000GMT, the participants come to a complete halt for 76 seconds, representing the number of years since Nakba accompanied by the sounding of sirens from mosques and the ringing of bells in churches.
Participants will are dressed in black and carrying black flags and Palestinian flags.
