It comes after U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said he can't confirm if American weapons were used in the attack.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said the airstrike on the southern Gazan city which reportedly killed 45 people was a "tragic mistake".
