3:41Now PlayingAdam Peaty has criticised Olympic authorities after China won gold in the 4x100m medley relay race.
Two of the four gold medallists, Qin Haiyang and Sun Jiajun, were among the 23 Chinese swimmers who reportedly returned positive doping tests prior to the Tokyo Olympics.
China Anti-Doping Agency said they were not stopped from competing as they had unintentionally ingested a banned substance.
Peaty said the decision to allow them to compete was "a joke".
