12:01Now PlayingSir Keir Starmer has faced Rishi Sunak at the first PMQs since parliament returned from the summer recess.
The prime minister and leader of the opposition clashed over winter fuel payments, with Mr Sunak asking the PM why he has taken money from pensioners and given more to "highly paid" train drivers.
Sir Keir hit back, saying "tough decisions" have had to be made to "stabilise" the economy.
Towards the end of their exchange, the PM accidentally called Mr Sunak the "prime minister" twice in quick succession.
