2:30Now PlayingMore than 300 bodies have been found in a mass grave in a cemetery in Oldham. Most of the remains belong to babies and children.
The unmarked grave was found by chance by a woman looking for the last resting place of her baby twin brothers who were born in 1962.
Before the 1980s, stillborn babies were taken away from families, who were not given any details of where they were buried.
The government says work is being done to improve the way burial records are kept.
