The Russian president said green lighting Kyiv's use of missiles, such as the UK's Storm Shadow, "is a decision on whether NATO countries are directly involved in the military conflict or not".
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Sky News this week he was not ruling anything out, amid reports Washington was prepared to lift the ban on long-range strikes following claims Iran was shipping ballistic missiles to Russia.
