In an interview with Kay Burley, the former foreign secretary called on Sir Keir to "find a way" to penalise Israeli finance minister Bezalel Smotrich and national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.
He also speaks candidly about the realities of raising a severely disabled child, the grief of losing his son Ivan age 6 in 2009 and how recent advances in genomics could have drastically improved his life’s son, as well as his support for the Oxford Harrington Centre, which aims to cure 40 rare diseases.
