It is a vote that is being seen as one that will either take the former Soviet state further to the West, or to the East and into the orbit of Russia.
And there are accusations that Moscow is trying to influence that decision, allegedly paying 130,000 people to vote against joining the EU.
Sky's Europe correspondent Siobhan Robbins was show evidence of that interference.
