as posted by the channelChancellor Rachel Reeves has confirmed that a duty on vapes will be introduced in 2026, with a "flat rate duty on all vaping liquid" from October of that year.
In addition, she will increase duty by 10% on hand-rolled tobacco this year and a one-off increase in tobacco duty to maintain the incentive for smokers to give up smoking.
