Julian Alfred became the world's fastest woman when she took home the 100 metres gold at the Paris Olympics, earning the country's first Olympic medal.

Talking to Sky's Jacquie Beltrao, she spoke of the pressure she put on herself before going to the games saying "there's no way I feel like I have the mental capacity to go to the line again and to represent my country".

Now, Ms Alfred has visited a school in West London to inspire a new generation of girls to get into the sport.
