Justin Welby has apologised for what he called his "profound failures", but says he would not step down.
Those calling for him to quit include Stephen Kuhrt, a Vicar from Christ Church New Malden, who says there needs to be a "full scale change" of the Church of England, and that the church has "blood on its hands when it comes to safeguarding".
