It comes after Vladimir Putin lowered the threshold for a nuclear strike, allowing Moscow to respond with nukes if it's attacked by any state using conventional weapons.
The PM replied: "There's irresponsible rhetoric coming from Russia, and that's not going to deter our support for Ukraine."
